Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:
- Each Player is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identifying information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts may be closed immediately and any balances, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, may be forfeited in their entirety.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information, including but not limited to a false date of birth, false name, or false contact details, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

rl777 accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances. Any attempted transfer or sale of an account will result in its immediate permanent closure.
Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms. rl777 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to Players via the account dashboard or by customer support on request.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. rl777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be returned and the associated bets voided.
- Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. rl777 targets an average processing time of 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the operating hours and policies of the receiving bank.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with rl777 customer support. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
- rl777 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including technical outages at payment processors, public holidays, or force majeure events. rl777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. Any such withholding will be accompanied by a notification to the Player and, where required by applicable law, a report to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
Bonuses and Promotions

rl777 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific terms of each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- Bonuses are available to one eligible Player per household address, mobile number, device, and IP address. rl777 reserves the right to limit the availability of any bonus or promotion to prevent abuse.

Bonuses and promotional rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash other than through the normal withdrawal process following satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements. rl777 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any given time.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are strictly forbidden on the rl777 Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to access, interact with, or gain an advantage on the Platform, including in live casino games, sports betting markets, or crash game sessions.
- Colluding with other Players or third parties to fix outcomes, share cards or game information in real time, or otherwise manipulate game results in a manner that is unfair to rl777 or to other Players on the Platform.
- Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform, whether intentionally or not. Any winnings obtained as a result of exploiting a known or suspected bug must be reported to rl777 support immediately. Failure to report such exploitation may result in the forfeiture of any winnings obtained.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform as a conduit for transferring value between parties without genuine gaming activity.
- Attempting to access, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software, source code, servers, databases, or infrastructure; attempting to intercept any communications between the Platform and its users; or attempting to introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the Platform.
rl777 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to all forms of prohibited conduct. We actively monitor Platform activity using automated and manual review processes. Players who are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not receive advance notice of account suspension or fund forfeiture, and rl777 will not be liable for any losses incurred by such Players as a result of the closure of their account.
Account Suspension and Termination

rl777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, creation of duplicate accounts, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity.
- rl777 is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation that necessitates the suspension or closure of the account, including obligations arising under applicable anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing legislation.
- A Player requests voluntary self-exclusion or account closure through the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or by contacting rl777 customer support directly.
Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period, unless the closure is due to prohibited conduct or fraud, in which case balances may be forfeited at rl777's sole discretion.

rl777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their rl777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rl777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the amendment. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the Platform and is identified by its effective date displayed at the top of this page.
